Overview

Where do all the driven and fun entrepreneurs and business leaders hang out? Maybe you've been wanting to join one of our Guys Trips, but getting away for 3-7 nights just doesn't work for the season of life you're in now! Welcome to Guys Saturday! We've created the perfect mini-event to help you connect with other growth-minded guys in your area, learn something new and try something you've always wanted to try! You'll leave refreshed, resourced and connected to a new high-vibe network!

Workout as a group, fire and ice session and lunch with a guest speaker! All activities will take place at Embrace North in Linden Hills.

9:30am - Intro and kickoff

Check in and sign waivers by 9:15am.  Kyle will kickoff the group with a brief intro and intention setting.

9:45am - 10:30am: Group Crossfit workout

We'll get movement in and put some sweat on the floor together!  A competitive but fun workout.  Come as you are, no CrossFit experience necessary!

10:30am - 11:30am: Guided breathing, fire and ice

Learn guided breathwork and step into a wood-fired sauna heated up to 220 degrees!  
We'll learn how to use our breath in order to sit in a cold tub.

Learn about the health benefits of hot and cold exposure.

11:45am - 1pm: Lunch and Conversation

Hearty, healthy and homemade lunch!  Kyle will close out the morning with curated group conversation and final remarks.  Hang out and connect as long as your schedule allows.
