Overview

Is hiking the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu on your bucket-list? This is more than just a trip. It's a chance to prepare for something epic, train for it, endure elements of discomfort while on a 3 day hike AND a chance to form true friendships by accomplishing something difficult together! We'll spend 6 nights in Peru, 3 of which will be on the Inca Trail. You fly in and out of Cusco, Peru and we'll take care of the rest! 90 days prior to the trip, you'll receive a training plan (and training products) from a world-renown Doctor of Physical Therapy to help your body prepare for this trip! Virtually we'll train together and check in on each other as a group to help build relationships with other like-minded guys so when we come together on this trip you'll already know the group. That will make the climb and hike that much better! As with all our high level Guys Trips, the group stays together through virtual group calls for accountability and to celebrate wins for 60 days after the trip!

Day 6: Inca Trail to Machu Picchu

This is the final and most spectacular leg of the trek to Machu Picchu. The day starts before dawn with breakfast at 4 am.

Say farewell to the porters as they descend to the train station and then begin hiking by 4.30 am. Once the final checkpoint opens at 5 am, begin the final leg of the trek. The walk to Intipunku (the Sun Gate) takes around two-and-a-half hours. Weather permitting, enjoy unforgettable views over the ‘Lost City of the Incas’ as you enter Machu Picchu through the Sungate.

After taking advantage of the seemingly endless photo opportunities, it's time to return to Cusco. Your evening is then free for the last night of your adventure.  We'll enjoy our final meal together and discuss learnings and takeaways from the trip and how we can implement them into our lives when we return home.

You will enjoy an upgraded hotel experience as a soft landing after 3 nights on the trail in tents!
